Introduction

Lord Edward Dark is not actually a Lord, he is called Phil and most of the time he is the drummer/keyboardist in Valley Forge / The Weary Band. The rest of the time, apart from when working, he writes and records his own songs in his small basement bedroom. The room is painted alternately orange and white.

He recorded three albums in his maiden songwriting year. First up was a fourteen-track album - 'Pale & Blue High Mountains'. then the next two - 'Sun Sea Moon Star Sun Moon Sea Fish Star Fish Crown' and 'Brook Farm & Fruitlands' were recorded simultaneously. He has just finished working on an as-yet-untitled fourth album, but plans to spend over a year on the next one.

None of the albums are released yet, as that kind of malarkey costs money. In the future expect a simultaneous release of all 4 albums, along with a 'Best Of...Volume One', entitled 'All The Hits....and More'.

There are no plans for any Lord Edward Dark gigs at the moment...if ever! Phil is busy enough with Valley Forge/The Weary Band, running Leafkicker, working, doing this website, and talking about himself in the third person a lot.
